over Christmas and New Year?” My answer? Absolutely!

There’s a common belief that the holiday season is a quiet time for real estate. But the

truth is, the property market never really sleeps, especially here on the Sunshine Coast.

In fact, selling over the holidays can sometimes work to your advantage.

✓ Less Competition, More Attention

Many sellers choose to wait until the new year to list their property, which means fewer

homes on the market during December and early January. Lower inventory means less
